Why I am looking for a Schipperke :
I was raised with Schipperkes. I love their character, devotion and boldness. I’m from the US and brought my pug. It’s been difficult to find a schipperke in the UK. I don’t need a puppy and would take an older one. I won’t be breeding nor need papers.
A typical day for my new dog would be:
We go out about 8-9 am. The beach is about 100 yards away. Depending on the personality the schipp could be off lead at the beach with the mellow pug or kept on leash. I’ve had 3 schipps and they had a tendency to run. There are grassy parks across the street from the sand doons. Breakfast when we get back. I have a secure upper flat. I’m not working at the moment nor have kids. The dogs are allowed on the couch and sleep uncrated in the living room. We go out 3 times a day.. Rides in the car. Scottish weather dictates the day. My schipps have been playful in the past. The schipp will be with the other dogs and shouldn’t feel separation anxiety
