I take breeding very seriously and do all I can to ensure my forever families get the healthiest, happiest and resilient puppy. From the moment the pups are born they are cared for in my home with no expense spared. They are handled from day 1 to ensure a strong trusting human/dog bond (this is essential in early life). They remain in my family home until the day they leave, unlike some that go outside after the first couple of weeks. Does this matter? When they are kept inside the home they get used to all the household noises and activities and visitors, ensuring they are resilient and not afraid of the slightest thing. I also use dogs trust sound training so that they are familiar with thunder, fireworks and other loud noises that can create problems for dogs later in life if they haven’t been exposed early. The first 15 weeks of a dogs life shapes it’s whole life, whether it will be a confident, happy resilient companion or whether it will be a nervy, worrisome wreck. As a breeder I’m responsible for a large proportion of this time so I take it very seriously how much work I put into helping them be the best they can be. I am there every step of the way for the new owners and am happy to offer any help and guidance. Any queries welcome. See the previous litter on my Instagram ‘tycelakeschnauzers’
