Why I am looking for a Bernese Mountain Dog :
We love Bernese Mountain Dogs and have had 16 years experience having had two as part of our family but sadly lost our second to cancer in October 2021 and are keen to have another as soon as possible.
A typical day for my new dog would be:
Our dog will be part of our family life, with adult children, having owned 2 BMD for the last 16 years we are fully aware of their exercise needs and routines and happy to take our dog for walks daily in the countryside near where we live. I work from home currently and my husband is self employed so our dog will not normally be left alone other than short periods occasionally of up 3 hours. Our dog will spend most time with us and have their own area in the home to sleep.
