Why I am looking for a Cocker Spaniel :
I’ve always owned cocker spaniels and I fall in love with how loyal, affectionate, smart and loving these dogs are. As I am active myself I’ve always found that my cockers make for the perfect companion for my active lifestyle.
A typical day for my new dog would be:
Our current dog is taken for three walks a day, varying in different lengths and duration. Our puppy would be accompanying us on these walks! Both my partner and myself work from home so we’d always be on hand to be with the puppy and provide endless love and attention. Both myself and my partner are runners and our hope is to be able to take our puppy out for the occasional short run once they are fully grown. Our current cocker George is on a raw food diet so we imagine the puppy would also be on the same (unless advised otherwise). George sleeps on his bed in our bedroom so the puppy would also be encouraged to sleep in a similar bed on the floor (starting with crate training).
