It’s kind and gentle nature. Generally easy trainability and loyalty.
Companionship for me
A typical day for my new dog would be:
Early morning walk and play time. I work from home so am always about for play time, training, walks and fuss. I work mornings only so afternoons would be exercise and more play time. Most of this will be in our own fields and garden.
Once adult I will take my dog out with me when I ride out. I have trained each of my dogs to do this very successfully.
The dog will sleep in the farm kitchen which has an Aga range operating all year round.
